Returns policy

Little Green Bag wants all customers to be completely satisfied with their eco purchases. Therefore you can exchange items within 7 business days of receipt of order for alternate sizing or equivalent priced items. If you do receive an item that is faulty please don’t hesitate to call or email us to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund using the method in which you originally paid. In the event of a return or exchange please email Little Green Bag for a returns form and a postage address. If an exchange is made there will be no postage applicable on the new item. When making returns and exchanges the items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. Little Green Bag has the right to refuse refunds if the product is not in its original condition. Little Green Bag is committed to providing the best eco apparel and living to its customers and therefore we appreciate all feedback.

The prices that appear on Little Green Bag Co site are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Little Green Bag Co takes no responsibility or liability for conversion accuracy and reserves the right to change or update item prices at any time.

Shipping

A flat rate of $8.00 is applied for postage in Australia; Little Green Bag utilizes the Australian post eparcel service which requires a signature on delivery alleviating the disappearance of packages. It is our mission to have your parcels to you in 2 business days. Parcels can also be arranged to be delivered in 1 business day through express post, please email or call to arrange this service. All packaging is kept to a minimum to alleviate unnecessary wastage and pollution. For International parcels there is a flat rate of $25.00 for all parcels, with an estimate delivery time of 7 -14 business days.
